I think that because he has a small company, his values roll down (to the others)…He sets the tone for the company. He basically did a big favor for me because he slipped me in on a weekend. I don’t think anyone else would have done it. When he came in, we were dealing with difficult materials. The job was done. Good job. Good company.

Top notch. I continue to work with them. As a matter of fact, they were just here this morning. This would be the fifth job. They are friendly; informative; high class. I just can’t say enough about them…good bids…high quality…no complaints whatsoever.

I’m 51 yrs. old and have had floors installed many times before, but never have I had such good service as I’ve had with Martinez Floor Installation. I gave them a call; they came out to estimate; and I had my new floors installed within that same week. I had questions about how the install was going to take place and they were very patient with me in answering all of my questions (I can be a bit of a pain sometimes). I have since recommended them to 3 of my friends as well as my daughter and all have come back to thank me. I read the previous review on here and got the impression they may have been a bit on the racial side of things which is very unfortunate. I had no such issues with communicating through any part of this install. Everyone I dealt with was very easy to work with. Maybe they were just having a bad day – I know we all have them from time to time.

As a family owned business their professionalism and care translated into each faucet of the project. I was amazed at the level of customer service. From ensuring that I had the right materials at a reasonable price to the on sight installation and care taken when entering our home and installing our new carpet.

The installers were on time, courteous, clean appearance , they told me in detail what the installation process was, after bringing in the carpet, the installers went right to work, they were very careful in not marking any walls, few hours later when they were done, they insisted i look at the job they did, was very professional, they vacuumed and removed all garbage, i was very pleased,, have had others asking who did it … they too were pleased with the installation, of their residences, MARTINEZ FLOOR INSTALLATION IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION COMPANY, THANK YOU , FOR THE GOOD JOB
